In 1969, Yoga Master, Yogi Bhajan, brought the ancient teachings and technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation from India to the West. His primary desire was to teach people this knowledge and its practical application in our every day lives. 

This practice causes the glands, organs, nervous system and fascia to function more optimally, which then has a direct impact on our mental and emotional states.  With a regular practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, you may find yourself becoming more relaxed, positive, connected and able to take on the challenges of life.
